By now, everybody has heard about the latest John Daly fuck up. Passed out in a Hooters, although if you listen to the big man himself, he was merely "sleeping with his eyes open."
John Daly has always been a guy I've secretly rooted for, and I don't think I am alone. The guy keeps digging a bigger hole for himself, almost daily. If he ever perseveres and puts it all together again, it would be one of the best feel-good stories in all of sports history.
But thats a longer shot than Daly is off the tee.
Gambling, divocre(s), drinking, chain-smoking, its all a regular part of Daly's life. He has gone on record as saying that he has lost $60 million gambling over the years. Good christ.
